Health Coaching

One of the best ways to improve overall health is working with a knowledgeable health coach that can provide extra guidance, information, and support on a healing journey. Health coaching helps to keep you accountable and break through the limitations imposed by bad habits and lack of consistency.

Healing is largely dependent on having consistent good habits, such as going to bed early, eating nutritious food, and reducing psychological stress. There are also many other excellent habits few people know about, such as sunrise meditation and increasing overall time connected to the electrons coming from the Earth.

As discussed earlier in this book, habits are often difficult to change because of subconscious belief structures about available time and personal abilities. A health coach can help you identify those limiting stories and assist you in finding your own inner power and purpose for achieving better health.

A good health coach is not judgmental and treats you like a friend. A coach helps you find useful information and methods of beginning new habits with small simple steps. Health coaching may be the key to unlock a better version of yourself.
