FAQ

Yes. This work is built for autistic adults who already feel overloaded. We keep things simple, move step by step, and focus on what is realistic for your actual life.

That is one of the main reasons people book a session. We start by sorting what feels most important, then narrow it down to one clear next step instead of throwing ten things at you at once.

No. You do not need a formal diagnosis to book. If you strongly relate to autistic patterns and want a clearer way to understand overwhelm, regulation, and daily functioning, this work may still be useful.

No. Some people book because they are deeply overwhelmed. Others book because they are functional on paper but the internal cost is too high. Both are a fit.

I am autistic, and I have spent more than 11 years studying autism through both lived experience and independent research. After many insights, I wrote the book Autism Clarity, which has over 800 scientific references. My work is built around helping autistic adults make sense of patterns that are often missed, so they can think more clearly and stop guessing as much.

It is personalized. We look at your patterns, your constraints, and your real life. The point is to reduce guesswork and help you make more grounded decisions.

Both. You can book a single session or choose a package if you want more structure and follow through over time.

Yes. You can message me between sessions if questions or challenges come up.

A lot of autism support stays at the level of behavior, productivity, or surface coping. My work focuses more on pattern recognition, overall load, and practical decision making. The goal is to help you understand what may be shaping your experience so you can make smarter next moves.

That is common. A lot of autistic adults have tried a long list of ideas without ever getting a clear framework. This work is useful when you want a better map, not just one more random suggestion.

I work with autistic adults, including people who are formally diagnosed, self identified, or still figuring things out. If you are functional on paper but the internal cost is too high, you are probably in the right place.

If it feels useful and you want more structure, the next step is usually another session or an ongoing package. You will leave with a clearer understanding of what stood out and what to focus on next.

There is no fixed timeline and no guaranteed outcome. It depends on your starting point, what you decide to change, and what is realistic to maintain.
